McMahon fit for clash with Armagh

Justin McMahon has recovered from a hamstring injury and is fit to face Armagh.

Tyrone full back Justin McMahon has recovered from a hamstring injury and maybe in contention to be named in the side to face their rivals Armagh on June 10th. The former all star player has missed Tyrone’s last two league games due to the injury but looks likelyfor a return against the Orchard County.

Manager Mickey Harte confirmed in this morning’s Irish News: “It’s unfortunate that he missed the game-time that he did. We would prefer that he was there, building up his strength and fitness and match fitness again.

“But he’s a quality player – he has shaken off that injury that has bugged him for some time now.

“I think with the time that we have to get ready for Armagh now, I think he should be okay, should be ready to go at that time.”
