Clare v Donegal, Sunday, 2pm, Ennis
Clare and Donegal go head to head at Ennis on Sunday with both sides looking to start their Division 2 league campaigns with a win.
Clare will be looking for a wins to stay in the division, but this game will probably be a game that they haven’t targeted given the quality of the opposition they will be facing at Cusack Park. In saying that Clare have some superb players, David Tubridy, Keelan Sexton and Gary Brennan. Colm Collins remains in charge of the Banner.
Looking at Donegal now Declan Bonner remains at the helm and he has brought former Mayo boss Stephen Rochford in as coach. Donegal have superb players in all lines. The Gaoth Dohair contingent will probably be out of the first rounds of actions owing to club commitments which give other players the chance to step up. However, regulars such as Michael Murphy, Ryan McHugh and Eoghan Ban Gallagher are all expected to start this one.

Clare despite been the home side are outsiders here at odds of 3/1. Donegal are a massive 1/3 to win. The draw is priced at 8/1 here which may be worth a bet. I expect there to be a few goals in this. I like Donegal to score the first goal at Even money. I also fancy Donegal to win by 4 or points. Therefore I would recommend using the winning margin betting market, I would pick Donegal to win by 4-6 points here at odds of 10/3.
