Weekend GAA Club Games- What to look out for

This weekend their are several top games around the country that if you fancy you go to. On Saturday the action throws in with the replay of the Wexford senior football final between Kilanerin and Shelmaliers. Also on Saturday the Leitrim senior hurling final between Carrick and Cluainin Iomaint that game taking place in Ballinamore. The Sligo SHC Final will also take with Coolera/Strandhill playing Naomh Eoin in the Sligo GAA Centre of Excellence at 4pm. On Saturday evening the Mayo SFC Final take place at Elvery McHale Park in Castlebar with an 8pm throw in between Ballintubber and Breaffy, the O’Shea’s against the O’Connor’s.

On Sunday the first round of the Ulster club championship gets underway with Scotstown of Monaghan taking on Derrygonnelly of Fermanagh. There is also action in Limerick with the senior football taking place between Adare and Ballylanders. In London the senior football final also takes places with Fulham Irish playing Tir Chonaill Gaels. There is also plenty of action up North with county finals in Antrim with Cargin taking on Creggan in the senior football final, Castlerahan taking on Crosserlough in the Cavan senior final, while in Derry Coleraine and Lavey go into battle. Ballymacnab and Crossmaglen go head to head in Armagh, while in Tyrone Coalisland play Killyclogher in Donegal Gweedore go head to head with Naomh Conaill.

In Wexford St Martin’s play Naomh Eanna in the Wexford hurling final on Sunday, while Carnew Emmetts go head to head with Glenealy in Aughrim at 3pm. Tony Kelly will be looking to lead Ballyea to another county title when they play Clonlara in Ennis at 3.30pm, while in Tipperary Clonoulty-Rossmore will play Nenagh at 3.30pm. The Dublin hurling final is also down for decision with Ballyboden coming up against Anthony Daly’s Kilmacud Crokes at Parnell Park.
