Expect to see Europe’s top colts competitng in the Group 1 Tattersalls Irish 2000 Guineas on Saturday and Europe’s leading fillies battling it out in the Tattersalls Irish 1000 Guineas on Sunday. Both contests in 2017 were claimed by the legendary Aidan O’Brien.
Sunday also features the Group 1 Tattersalls Gold Cup which was won last year by British raider Decorated Knight for trainer Roger Charlton.
Entertainment Line Up
We are delighted to announce that Irish band Seo Linn an energetic group of young musicians will be playing after racing on Saturday 26th May, day one of the Tattersalls Irish Guineas Festival. They are renowned for their unique takes on contemporary tracks with the injection of their passion for Gaeilge.
On Sunday we will have music throughout the day with the hugely popular Viva Manila.

Travel & Parking
Getting to the Curragh couldn’t be easier. A shuttle bus will operate from Kildare train station and there is also a dedicated Dublin Coach service from Burgh Quay to the Curragh.
