Will it be a Reds or Blues FA Cup win in 2013??

The third round of the 2013 FA Cup has now concluded and all the big names of the Premier League are still in with a shout and Boylesports, Ireland’s largest independent bookmaker, are continuing to offer value for money on the ‘Red’ and ‘Blue’ options that are proving popular among punters.

Any of the ‘Red’ teams of Manchester United, Arsenal or Liverpool are priced at 13/8 to win the FA Cup, while any of the ‘Blue’ teams, Chelsea, Manchester City or Everton are priced at 6/5.

Boylesports have also updated the individual prices for the outright FA Cup winners.

Current Premier League leaders, and the record eleven time FA Cup winners Man Utd, head the market at 4/1, followed by current holders Chelsea and the 2011 winners Man City, both at 9/2. Both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are the next in line priced at 8/1.

Leon Blanche, Head of Communications at Boylesports, commented: “Just four Premier League teams have so far fallen by the wayside in the FA Cup, although at least another two will go in the Fourth Round.”

He added: “Betting on this year’s FA Cup remains open and strong, and we’ve been pleased with the take-up on our Red and Blue options. I suppose we should now be supporting Spurs!
