Denis Leamy a doubt for Magner’s league final

The neck injury suffered by Denis Leamy in Munster’s Magner’s league play off semi-final victory over Ospreys is not as serious as first suspected.
Leamy, a 60th minute substitute in the game, was taken to hospital with a neck injury after being forced off with 7 minutes remaining in the game.

Initial reports had suggested that the 29 year old had suffered serious neck damage; however, a scan has confirmed that this is not the case.

Leamy who has been plagued with injuries in recent seasons is now a major doubt for the Magners league final on May 28th.
