Former Old firm strikers to join forces in Turkey

Former Rangers striker Kris Boyd is in Turkey for talks over a move to top flight side Eskisehirspor.

The 27 year old who joined Middlesbrough on a free transfer last summer struggled to make an impact on the Riverside and spent time on loan with Nottingham Forest.

Middlesbrough are looking to offload Boyd this summer as they seek to reduce their costs and the club have given the former Scottish international permission to travel to Turkey and check out the club and their facilities.

Should Boyd make the move to Eskisehirspor he would form an old firm forward line with the club adding former Celtic striker Diomansy Kamara to their ranks already this summer. will have live score updates on all GAA Championship matches over the summer.
