Kerry name team for All-Ireland final

Jack O’Connor has named an unchanged side for Sunday’s All-Ireland showdown with Dublin with Paul Galvin missing out and Eoin Brosnan given a place despite concerns about his ability to recover from an ankle strain in time.

Donnchadh Walsh has been preferred to Galvin in the half-forward line, Walsh returned to training in the last two weeks after suffering a groin strain and did enough to convince O’Connor that he should retain his place alongside Declan and Darran O’Sullivan.

It is thought that Galvin will be introduced at some stage of the final after impressing in his cameo against Mayo in the semi-final.

As expected Seamus Scanlon has failed to make the cut after undergoing surgery on a cyst on his neck last week.
