Munster Rugby squad update

Munster coach Tony McGahan has included the returning Irish internationals in the Munster squad for the provinces clash against Aironi Rugby in Musgrave Park on Friday night.

Keith Earls, Ronan O’Gara, Donnacha O’Callaghan, Conor Murray, Paul O’Connell et al have all been included ahead of Friday weeks clash with Leinster at the Aviva Stadium.

The squad assembled for the first time since the World Cupin Limerick yesterday and this morning trained in Thomond Park Stadium with indications being that most of those involved in the World Cup will see action on Friday in Cork.

After that training session McGahan confirmed that Mike Sherry will be out of action for between six to eight weeks with an ankle injury to join David Wallace, Troy Smith, Felix Jones, Jerry Flannery, Peter Borlase and Darragh Hurley on the Thomand Park treatment table.
