The CCCC have fined the Monaghan and Kildare County Boards for the half-time brawl between the counties in Clones at the weekend.
The fines, which are believed to be €5,000 for each county, can be contested.
Monaghan won the match 0-17 to 0-12, but the match made the headlines for melees on the pitch and in the tunnel.
The brawl before half-time involved over 20 players and resulted in a red card for Kildare’s Brian Flanagan and three yellow cards.
The CCCC decided not to suspend or fine any individual players.
