Everton v Man City
Everton: Everton are still without the services of a number of key players. Republic of Ireland’s Shane Duffy could continue in central defence in the absence of Sylvain Distin (hamstring) and Phil Jagielka (knee), although fit-again Tony Hibbert is also an option. Midfielders Seamus Coleman (thigh), Leon Osman (knee) and Jack Rodwell (hamstring) are also still missing.
Manchester City: Manchester City will welcome back captain Vincent Kompany from a four match suspension for the visit to Goodison Park. City report no new injury concerns ahead of the game, although Mario Balotelli is suspended for three more games after the F.A. took action over his alleged stamp on Tottenham’s Scott Parker. Also missing out will be Kolo Toure and Yaya Toure, who remain on international duty with the Ivory Coast. Kompany for Savic in central defence may be the only change to the line-up that started in the victory over Tottenham.
