Play Munster v Treviso fantasy Rugby & win prizes

Win a special edition Rhino Rugby ball and a Rugby polo top in the Munster v Treviso Fantasy Rugby game

Treviso will be looking to build on last weekend’s impressive win over the Ospreys when they visit Thomond Park to take on Munster.

Four first half penalties from Kris Burton helped the Italians to an unlikely victory over the Welsh side however they face a stern test of their abilities when they make the trip to Limerick .

Treviso lost both fixtures to Munster last season going down 14-35 at front of their own fans a month after they had gone to a 29-11 defeat to a Paul O’Connell inspired home side.

Munster meanwhile put their poor preseason form behind them to defeat Edinburgh 23-18 in Murrayfield to get their season off to a perfect start. While the performance might not have been to the usual standard we have come to expect, there were a lot of positives for Rob Penney to take away from his first competitive match, the try scoring performance of Luke O’Dea, the contribution of Ian Keatley not to mention the performance of Sean Dougall.

Penney will be hoping to his young side can continue their learning curve with a first home win of the season.

To celebrate the return of Rabodirect Rugby to Limerick are delighted to offer Rugby fans the chance to win a British & Irish Lions 125th Anniversary ball from Rhino Rugby and a rugby polo top courtesy of

Fantasy5live is a new real time fantasy sports game for GAA, Rugby and Football – it offers players the chance to play an exciting and strategic game in a banter filled competitive environment. It’s free to enter and updates in real time. The concept is simple – all you have to do is log onto, register and pick five players from the squad of players on show.

To make your task even easier, we have picked three players that we think will have a big bearing on events tonight. Three to Watch:

Kris Burton: Simon Favaro might have turned in a man of the match performance however it was the boot of Burton that helped the Italian’s to victory last weekend against the Ospreys. The 32 year old Australian scored all 12 points as the Italians beat the reigning Champions 12-6 at the Stadio di Monigo and Treviso will need him to be once against at his best on Friday night if they are to have any chance of success.

Luke O’Dea: O’Dea scored the crucial try last weekend in the 23-18 win over Edinburgh to start the season in impressive fashion. The 22 year old Birmingham winger is set for a big season with Munster and will be hoping to build on last season’s success with the “A” side, who he helped to British and Irish cup victory with a try in the final win over Cross Keys.

Ian Keatley: Like O’Dea Keatley played his part in the win over Edinburgh kicking 18 points and with the benefit of a season’s experience in the red of Munster under his belt a lot will be expected this season from the former Connacht man.

So why not log onto and register for the first Monday night game of the new season.
