Stoke sign Birmingham striker for £6m

It seems Birmingham city striker Cameron Jerome could be on his way to Stoke City after the two clubs agreed a rumoured £6m fee.

Birmingham city were relegated to the Championship last season and owner Carson Yeung’s assets are currently frozen, with the club struggling financially and Jerome always looked like he would be on the way out.

Potters manager Tony Pulis was interested in Tottenham’s Peter Crouch but after Sunderland offered a reported £10m Stoke City looked to be out of the race.
